I think that there are some surprising facts about customer loyalty that we really need to understand. One of them is the medium that is used to drive higher levels of customer loyalty. I would tend to suggest that we should focus our efforts on loyalty videos in particular since these are highly effective ways of generating the levels of interest, business support, and confidence in our enterprise.

There still are companies that want only profit and are selling products at a high price and a questionable quality. These are the ones that don’t understand how a customer’s mind works and believe that one-time purchases are good for their business
