I like the idea to ask for an estimate of the return on investment when hiring a business consultant. It seems like certain businesses tend to get stagnant and they require fresh ideas in order to function. I definitely think that consultants can help to add some innovation to the standard business strategy.

I have a business consulting firm close to my house. I didn’t really understand what they did or how they were a benefit to businesses. I didn’t realize that they were able to help companies create efficient processes and adapt those to the companies culture. I will remember that next time I walk by!
